        Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms are equipped with Infra-Red sauna for complimentary use for members. The sauna is reputed to help your body release a number of toxins, including heavy metals like mercury and lead, and environmental chemicals. The benefits don’t stop there. With infrared sauna technology, you can also lose weight, relax, relieve unwanted pain, increase your circulation, and purify your skin.A max of 20min sessions are suggested.

        Our Technogym interface on all cardio equipment offers you internet, Netflix, personal music playlists, free to air TV and You Tube.

      • Air Extraction System with Aromatherapy

        To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of our heated group fitness studio, we have installed a heated ventilation recovery unit that draws out odour and circulates fresh air complimented by our Aromatherapy system to re-balance the energy in our beautiful space.

      Membership

      Our memberships packages vary based on what services you wish to use, the duration of your term and additional features you wish to add.

      Memberships can be paid with a casual, fortnightly, monthly or up front basis. Our memberships can be custom to suit your needs and offer a suspension option with full club access.
