That’s because sometimes we need to marry the inspiration to change with the science of change. Desire isn’t enough.

Over the 4 weeks, consisting of 2 workshops a week (7 total modules are covered) you will learn the basic fundamental neuroscience of how the brain

  • Creates belief systems
  • Triggers behavioural patterns
  • Responds to its environment and external triggers that feel out of your control
  • Repeats sabotage or destructive cycles
  • Unlearns patterns
  • Re-programs new ones
