“When we quieten our mind we relax our body and give it the chance to heal”. 

Presented by our resident Yoga and Pilates instructor and qualified meditation teacher Tracy Lucock.

Over the 4 weeks together you will explore meditation and its benefits on our health and wellbeing . Each class  presents a meditation with explanations , guidance and discussion workshop to understand what it is and what it is not . You will learn

  • The positive impact /benefits of the practice of meditation
  •  To observe and become aware  of your own body /mind , feelings and external objects
  • Simple relaxation techniques including breathe , movement and insight .

This 4 week meditation course is the perfect way for beginners and experienced students to learn the art of meditation in both theory and practice. 4 These sessions are being conducted every Tuesday evening at the club at 6:30pm-7:30pm from February 7th.
