Over the 4 weeks together you will explore meditation and its benefits on our health and wellbeing . Each class presents a meditation with explanations , guidance and discussion workshop to understand what it is and what it is not . You will learn
The positive impact /benefits of the practice of meditation
To observe and become aware of your own body /mind , feelings and external objects
Simple relaxation techniques including breathe , movement and insight .
This 4 week meditation course is the perfect way for beginners and experienced students to learn the art of meditation in both theory and practice. 4 These sessions are being conducted every Tuesday evening at the club at 6:30pm-7:30pm from February 7th.
