Our next 4 week Barre course starts on January 7th 2017. But if you wanted to jump into the current course,we have casual and membership options available so you don’t have to wait for the next intake.
Designed to tone your entire body, creating longer, leaner muscles. Ballet & pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat tone your muscles, while complementary yoga postures lengthen and shape your muscles.This works your entire body, giving special attention to the lesser used muscles, resulting in a total body toning effect. Conducted by our resident Barre and Pilates trainer, Jenny Kirkham.
We run our Signature Barre Class in 4 week blocks. They run consistently as back to back courses as a part of our weekly timetable however for those investing on a casual basis, here is your 4 week block investment option. Our scheduled classes are Thursday 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am
