ENCORED from last Wednesday’s epic turn out for Absolute Sweat with the divine Chrissie Whyte, we were inundated with requests for MORE as our pumped members couldnt wait til next Feb to do it all again. So we have up’d the anti and created a 2 hour ultimate dance class showcasing next Wednesday 21st December at 6:30pm.

The line up is as follows

30min of Barre: Discover your inner ballerina in this ballet, pilates inspired session performed at the barre and the on the matt. Designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body using non impact flowing poses and postures to music. Lead by Eliza

30min of Pound:  Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized and rockin’ out!

1 hour of Absolute Sweat: This high intensity fitness class is conducted in a warm room which utilises the heat to flush out toxins and increase flexibility also helping to reduce stress and even sharpen the mind. Chrissi combines many different styles and fitness elements in her classes including a core segment, influenced by her passion for Pilates and core strength, along with inspired dance fitness oriented choreography, involving boxing, free weights hip hop and a range of different styles to be performed in her carefully sequenced original routines. Along with pumping music, disco lights and more, in a non judgemental environment, ABSOLUTE Sweat is a fun fresh hot new workout to inspire the freedom of movement and mind.

This heart pumping line up will be topped off by some festive bubbles and light refuel in reception to follow.
