‘Interval Training’;
Cross Training for a 60 min session. Expect the unexpected as no class is ever the same. Using a combination of cardio stations, resistance and core stability movements in set intervals to provide a full body conditioning workout. This class will use a mix of barbells, ropes, kettle bells, matt work, body weight strength moves and the Techno-Gym cardio equipment in our Studio. This class is perfect for those looking for a ‘all in one’ workout where you can dictate your own pace and intensity. *’Interval Training’ is the same version for a quick hit for 30min in your lunch break.
